Booking Shoots

  • You can see our real time openings by following the “Book a Shoot!” link at the top of any page. But typically, we are able to book next day or even the same day due to the flexibility of our amazing team of photographers.

  • We try our best to be as efficient as possible for everyone’s sake without rushing. This means a full package will always take less than 90 minutes and a photos-only shoot about 35 minutes.

  • All driving ranges are available in real-time inside out “Book a Shoot!” link at the top of the page. It is based on available photographers for the specific day and time in question.

  • No, there are never any fees for cancelling or rescheduling. We understand that it’s hard to juggle all of the variables that go into listing a home.

  • Yes, all orders are covered by a satisfaction guarantee. As long as you do not use any of the media, if you are unhappy, you don’t pay. It’s as simple as that.

  • Yes, the agent does not need to be at the shoot. We can access lockboxes and Sentrilock. And we can call and work directly with homeowners if need be. Some agents we work with have never been at a single shoot.

  • Yes, just make sure to provide their contact information.

  • Unlimited photos, drone, video angles, etc. are included with all packages.

Day of the Shoot

  • Yes we always confirm all shoots via text message the morning of the shoot.

  • We do our best to arrive 15 minutes before the stated scheduled time. If for any reason we cannot be there 15 minutes early, we will let you know via text our exact GPS ETA.

  • Yes, all of this is include with the purchase of any package. Just makes sure you do your best to indicate to us what sorts of amenities are available to be shot. And we’ll do our best to ask.

  • We are extremely flexible when it comes to weather. We have to be, it’s one of the only things we can’t control. To be honest, most media will still look great even in bad weather. However, rain and snow are where we draw the line. You don’t want snow flakes or rain streaks in your photos. We will reschedule you to the next available time slot we think will have adequate weather.

  • Yes. we always have all equipment available at every shoot in case services need to be added. We can also adjust invoices on the fly if certain services need to be removed.

  • Yes. We will do our best to instruct the home owner on what should be removed from the shots, and we can help tidy up within limits. We will always do the basics, such as closing toilet seats, turning on lights, adjusting blinds, etc. We cannot move furniture.

  • Yes, just make sure to provide us with your lockboxes, or choose to purchase a new lockbox when you configure your order.

Delivery

  • Yes, just please make sure to choose this option when configuring your order.

  • Yes we always put the photos in the order that we recommend they be presented on the MLS so that you don’t have to. But feel free to mix it up how you see fit, you know best!

  • Yes, all floorplans include measurements.

  • All media is delivered the next day. Photos, drone and video before 10am. Floorplans and 3D up to 24 hours after the shoot.

  • All media is stored for 3 years in case you ever need to relist.

  • Yes, we prefer to upload your media directly to the MLS for you, so that you don’t have to deal with the pain of using .zip files.

  • Yes, just make sure to choose the option when configuring your order.
